Service work
- The 20-minute fit call is free. Founding Corner Plan A$200 is a paid consult and written plan for one corner. Materials Pack A$99 is paste-ready materials without a live login. Premade Installs have set founding prices from A$200 to A$700. Custom Build from A$800 covers work outside the premade list. Founding rates apply while we take on the first handful of clients. The actual fixed quote and GST treatment are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Scope is what we agree in writing for the named plan, pack, install or custom build. Installs and custom builds include agreed tests and handover. Software and API usage costs are listed separately before agreement. Later changes are quoted separately; no monthly retainer, public hourly rate, or unlimited support is included.
- Outcomes are recommendations, not guaranteed revenue or cost savings. Your stack, staff, and follow-through decide results.
- This site does not take card payment for services. Payment details are shared after booking is confirmed.
Guides (SOP packs)
- Digital, self-serve playbooks. Draft prices shown on the site (e.g. A$79 / A$49) are placeholders until the storefront is published.
- When Gumroad (or another store) is live, that store’s checkout terms and refund rules apply to the purchase.
- Guides are for your internal use. Don’t resell or republish the pack as your own product.
- Guides are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Follow Australian law (including the Spam Act) when you message customers.

Australian Consumer Law
If you buy as a consumer in Australia, nothing here excludes rights you can’t lawfully waive under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we can limit liability for business services, we limit it to re-supply of the service or the fee paid for that service.
